Kedash One Store gives its valued customers a 24-hour grace period from the date of receiving the order to exchange products, provided the product is in its original packaging and unopened. Please note that the item must be shipped in the store's designated box.
We provide our valued customers with a refund service in case the product is received damaged during shipping or if a different product is received than what you ordered, through two methods that the customer can choose between.
The first method: Get a refund using the same payment method through which the order was completed.
For example:
– Credit cards: The amount will be refunded to the customer’s bank account.
– Tabby or Tamara: The money will be refunded via Tabby and Tamara.
- Cash on delivery: We will need the customer to provide us with their bank information to transfer the amount to their account.
* Please note that the process of refunding money via bank transfer will take a maximum of 10 to 14 business days.
